Refund policy
At Cays Designs, many of our products are custom-made, personalised, or manufactured to customer specifications. Please read our policy below before placing an order.
Custom Products
Custom-made, personalised, printed, or branded products (including signage, vehicle branding, decals, apparel, banners, and graphics) cannot be returned or refunded once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly manufactured.
Standard Products
Non-custom products may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection, provided they:
- Are unused and in their original condition.
- Are returned in their original packaging where applicable.
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing accounts@caysdesigns.co.za and include photographs of the issue.
We will assess the matter and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork before production begins. Once artwork has been approved, Cays Designs cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes, layout errors, colours, sizing, or other approved design elements.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production has commenced. If work has already begun, design, material, or production costs already incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Installation Services
Once signage, graphics, or vehicle branding has been professionally installed and accepted by the customer, returns or refunds are not applicable unless the issue is the result of faulty workmanship or defective materials.
