Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been received and, where applicable, artwork has been approved.
Production times vary depending on the product or service ordered. Estimated lead times will be communicated when your order is confirmed.
Collection
Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our workshop by appointment only.
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email or order number when collecting.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within selected areas of Durban and the Upper Highway region.
Local delivery fees and minimum order values are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Oversized items, custom signage, and installation projects may require a separate delivery quotation.
Nationwide Shipping
Selected products can be shipped throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for oversized or custom products.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once production has been completed.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Production requirements
- Courier schedules
- Delivery location
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur and are outside our reasonable control.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery or collection.
If your order is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours by emailing accounts@caysdesigns.co.za, together with photographs of the issue.
Installation Services
Where installation is included, delivery dates will be arranged directly with the customer.
Installation appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
