By requesting a quotation, placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information supplied by the customer. Any changes requested after acceptance may result in additional charges.
Orders
An order is considered confirmed once:
- A quotation has been accepted.
- Artwork has been approved (where applicable).
- Any required deposit has been received.
Production will only commence once all required approvals have been received.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all artwork before approving production.
Approval confirms that:
- Spelling is correct.
- Contact details are correct.
- Colours and layout are acceptable.
- Sizes and specifications are accurate.
Cays Designs cannot be held responsible for errors identified after artwork has been approved. Colour variations between digital proofs and printed products may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Production Times
Estimated production times are provided as a guide only. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
While every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, delays caused by suppliers, courier services, weather conditions, load shedding or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates.
Installation
Installation dates are subject to site readiness, weather conditions and access to the installation location. Additional site visits caused by customer delays may incur additional charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the installation area.
Payments
Payment terms will be stated on your quotation or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before collection, delivery or installation.
Late payments may result in delays to production or delivery.
Goods remain the property of Cays Designs until paid for in full.
Ownership
All artwork, designs and products remain the property of Cays Designs until payment has been received in full.
Warranty
We use quality materials from trusted suppliers and install all products with care.
Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse
- Accidental damage
- Vandalism
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by third parties
- Improper cleaning or maintenance
- Incorrect installation by third parties
- Chemical damage
- Pressure washing too closely on vehicle wraps
Limitation of Liability
Cays Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability shall not exceed the value of the original order.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, concepts, designs, photographs and website content remain the intellectual property of Cays Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
