As most of our products are custom manufactured, production and delivery times vary depending on the type and size of your order.
Production Times
All products are made to order.
Typical production times are:
- Vehicle Branding: 3–7 working days
- Signage: 5–10 working days
- Printing: 2–5 working days
Larger or more complex projects may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will always be confirmed when your quotation is accepted.
Collection
Customers are welcome to collect completed orders by prior arrangement from our premises.
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within Durban and surrounding areas.
Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and the size of the order.
Installation services can also be arranged where applicable.
Courier Delivery
Selected products can be shipped anywhere in South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Courier charges will be quoted before your order is confirmed.
Please note that oversized signage and certain custom products may require specialised transport or on-site installation and may not qualify for standard courier delivery.
Installation
Where installation forms part of the project, delivery and installation will be scheduled directly with you once production has been completed.
Installation dates may be affected by weather conditions, site access or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Where courier services are used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
While every effort is made to meet estimated production and delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Supplier availability
- Material shortages
- Weather conditions
- Load shedding
- Courier delays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Should any significant delay occur, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
