Returns & Refund Policy

As most of our products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer, please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom-Made Products
All vehicle branding, signage, printing and custom products are manufactured to your specifications.
Because these products are personalised, they cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product has been produced incorrectly.
- The finished product differs significantly from the artwork or quotation approved by the customer.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork before production begins.
Artwork approval confirms that:
- Spelling and grammar are correct.
- Contact details are accurate.
- Colours and layout are approved.
- Sizes and specifications meet your requirements.
Once artwork has been approved, Cays Designs cannot accept responsibility for errors identified after production has commenced.
Installation
Our experienced team takes every care during installation.
If you believe there is an issue with your installation, please notify us within 7 days so we can inspect the work and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement.
Printing & Colour Variations
Colours displayed on computer screens, mobile devices and printed proofs may vary slightly from the final product due to differences in display settings, printing processes and materials.
These minor variations are considered normal and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged during delivery or has been manufactured incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or remake the affected item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production has commenced.
Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been approved or production has started, cancellation fees may apply to recover costs already incurred.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
